1996 - 2000 Doctor of Chiropractic - CMCC, Toronto, Ontario
- Successfully defended, on scientific grounds, the validity of vertebral subluxation complex as a diagnosis.
- Gave a talk to over 150 students at CMCC outlining the scientific evidence for the vertebral subluxation complex as a valid diagnosis (gave out over 200 references)
- One of few students in history to successfully exempt research methods course based on demonstrated working knowledge of research methodology.
1992 - 1995 Master of Science (Exercise Physiology) - University of Victoria
- Specialized in neuromuscular adaptation
- Designed and conducted research study using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (first and only student to ever be granted use of the MRI facilities)
