Eat Well Move Well Think Well® - Wellness Paradigm Public Health Talk DVD
Humans have become the world's sickest animals. Why is this? What can we do about it? With our health status in continual decline, it's time to look beyond drugs and surgery as solutions to the pandemic of chronic illness.
Dr. Chestnut dispels the common myth that we are sick because of bad luck, bad germs or bad genes. Dr. Chestnut uses research and common logic to prove that the only viable solution for wellness and prevention is adopting a lifestyle based on our genetic requirements for healthy eating, moving and thinking.
"No drug or surgery will ever be the solution to health problems created by improper nutrition, inactivity, or emotional stress."
Your health is the direct manifestation of how you choose to eat, move, and think.
In order to be well, you must eat well, move well, and think well.

What People Are Saying About The Wellness Paradigm Public Health talk DVD
We held the first of two showings of your wellness paradigm (eatwellmovewellthinkwell) DVD to my clients tonight. We went to my church and I think we had about 80 people there tonight with 70-odd already booked for the 2nd showing. Everybody listened in stunned silence to you, laughing appropriately but asking themselves good questions. We charged a $10 deposit for seat bookings which they got back but otherwise there was no charge.
My two staff who came to the Sydney seminar were very enthusiastic saleswomen for you and the health of our city will be improved. I got the unhealthiest teenager I know to man the sound desk and paid him $10 an hour to turn the DVD off and on (to listen to you, effectively). When he got home he texted me to say that the first thing he'd eaten when he got home was some corn chips which he now realized were just starch and effectively sugar, so would now have a piece of fruit as well. This kid eats cereal for breakfast, 2-min noodles for lunch, white rice for dinner, chips and soft drinks for snacks, has terrible acne and no energy except to wreck stuff AND thought he never ate sugar!
Thanks, James, these victories may seem tiny but one day he's going to be the uncle of one of my sets of yet-to-be conceived grandchildren and I needed him to KNOW what sugar is so he doesn't kill my grand-children with his lack of understanding! I really appreciate your efforts in putting together this DVD for us to play. It's been a great focus for us all and will be more so now that I have access to more in-depth workshops from your website.
Much love, M B (from New Zealand) XX
