You may return opened and unopened items, in original condition, sold by The Wellness Practice within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a $25.00 re-stocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Defective or unordered items should be returned promptly using the same postal method by which they were received. A replacement or full refund (as well as return shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt and confirmation of the issue).

Please send a short email ( Subject: RETURNS) alerting us to your return. Be sure to include your order number and the products being returned and whether you choose a replacement product or refund.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery are not accepted for refund.
